If you believe your WRISTFORM product has a manufacturing issue, please contact us with the information below so our team can review your case.

What to include

• Order number
• Full name used on the order
• Email address used at checkout
• Product name or SKU, if available
• Clear photos or video showing the issue
• A short description of what happened

How to submit

What warranty covers

Warranty review generally covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or damage caused by chemicals, water exposure, heat, or heavy impact.

Review process

Our team will review your request and may ask for more photos, video, or product details. If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, repair solution, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.

Important note

Please do not dispose of the item until your warranty request has been reviewed. We may need additional information to complete the case.
